He sounds like a Scouser. Someone had better check-in on Vessey; make sure he's OK. It’s a Stoke accent. Should put Vessey at ease.

No one has ever been put at ease by a Stoke accent.

The body language says he is still quite nervous/unhappy about being here.

No one has ever been put at ease by a Stoke accent. I have. I married one 30 years ago!

I did mean Stoke on Trent, not Stoke by Clare...
Either way, manaman knows his way round an oatcake, and that's what really matters.

I know he gives pretty stock answers, but like the fact he references both the training ground and Harris as reasons for joining. Let’s hope it’s a sign of things to come…

Why do you say that? Our new training ground is fantastic and will help in attracting players.

Why do you say that? Our new training ground is fantastic and will help in attracting players. We should have spent the money on strikers and trained on Coldhams Common.

I noticed on the Gibbons video that whoever asking the questions says he's he's here on a short term loan deal "initially". He's out of contract at the end of the season, so wonder if this is seen as a trial period to maybe offer him a contract and cash in on Lennett in the summer.

How long we got Liam Bennett for? His contact expires in the summer, no?

There's a further year option. Going to go out on a limb and say we'll take up that option.
