Uche not acknowledging our chant when he was subbed off was a bit poor as United rescued his career. Guess he will be a free agent again in the summer. Can see him ending up in League 2 which is probably he's level now unless he goes back up to Scotland He’s probably signed for someone already and been pictured holding up one of their scarves to be fair!

All Vale fans did before the game was slag him off and barely raised a muster when he was subbed. The United fans to a man clapped him off and were singing 'Uche' and he didn't even look over! He'll have heard it because I was chatting to a Vale fan after the game and he said their fans were amazed at how loud it was!

Pity Paul Mullin didn't get a goal today. Would have become the first player to score 25 in 4 consecutive seasons in the top 6 leagues. As well as he has done with Wrexham, the promotion season with us is still his best. Going to say it now, when Mullin comes back to the Abbey, he needs to get a great reception. He was phenomenal for us and his decision to leave was completely understandable, particularly given the situation with his son. Any Utd fans who boo or abuse him will be an embarrassment. Like the handful who gave Harvey Knibbs some sh*t earlier in the season.

Robbie Simpson and Samir Carruthers Chelmsford City lost out to Leon Davies & Reggie Lambes Braintree Town in their National League South Play-Off Semi yesterday.
Leon scored a pearler.
Several ex Us youth alumni - Tom Dickens, Joe Neal, Joe Tarpey - were part of a Sudbury team that stayed up at Step 3 yesterday.
Jon Challinor made his 400th appearance for Stamford.

Never heard that before, but yeah, not for me.
That type of player though, sure.

On holiday and Kwesi Appiah in my hotel. Got chatting to him as my son and his daughter were playing together in the pool and what a top top guy he is.
He spoke fondly of his time at United and always wanted to come back. He still looks out for our results now.

Good. Cheek bones up and down the country are safe once more..
..unless he goes hunting for Luke Berry and deliberately smashes him in the face again.

First one of the summer..!!
Same site also claims
Okedina - Barnet, Bromley & Southend United are interested in signing Cambridge United defender Jubril Okedina, this summer
Janneh - Aldershot Town & Ebbsfleet United are interested in signing departing Cambridge United attacker Saikou Janneh, this summer.
Taylor - Barrow AFC & Colchester United are interesting in signing departing Cambridge United striker Lyle Taylor.

All of those make sense apart from Taylor. I can't see him at Barrow and he doesn't seem like a Cowley player.
Back to Wimbledon makes sense to me. He'll be a cracking signing for someone who can keep him invested.
