It was pretty unbearable in the NRE before the match & at half-time. If the way the system works makes it a choice between not being able to hear the announcements or only being able to hear the music, I'd take the former every time.

There doesn't seem to be a middle ground for volume. The music itself is played loud and clear but as soon as the stands fill up you can't hear any announcement at all, and you've no chance of hearing any announcements during the game itself. Separate volume needed for music/announcements? It was pretty unbearable in the NRE before the match & at half-time. If the way the system works makes it a choice between not being able to hear the announcements or only being able to hear the music, I'd take the former every time.

Stop playing music before the game so loud in NRE Part of the fun of games is having chats with friends, but when there is a song being blasted out over a cheap speaker all distorted, it gets to be a pain. No need. Turn the damn thing off or much quieter. 100% this. If I wanted to go to a nightclub, I wouldn't be in Cambridge for a start.

Hate hate hate when they claim it’s to ‘improve the atmosphere’! If anything it does the opposite. Get rid!

Question Could a survey for catering please be conducted, it would benefit the club and supporters are the one experiencing the issues.

Question Could we mix up half time entertainment more, the blokes in blow up balloons would be better with more involved, or let’s get the kids on for a kick about instead.

Question Given Luton stuck up a new stand in three months have we looked at doing something like this while we wait on the Sc?

The Brewzorb is alright, just needs a better a tie-breaker seeing as no one actually seems to win the football part. Race from goal to goal on the mini pitch, chip in a skip, keepy-uppies/headers, sumo... something like that

Are the club sure that by making the Habbin a 'sitting' stand it will actually increase attendance?

Given the comments on the match thread for the EFL trophy game and there potentially no longer being any bribe money, can the Club confirm this and why the format is continuing with B teams given the ongoing boycott of the competition. And likewise, if this is true, then hearing the CFU/CUSP view, rather than one dictated by the club would also be interesting. As they, with Dave Doggett on their committee were strong supporters of the competition developing in its current format.. B Team Boycott by the way.

Are the club sure that by making the Habbin a 'sitting' stand it will actually increase attendance? Are the club sure that making the North Habbin all seating won't result in a huge loss in atmosphere?

Are the club sure that by making the Habbin a 'sitting' stand it will actually increase attendance? I think this is a question worth asking and understanding. But the fact is we sell out our seated areas more quickly than we do terraces (and we don’t always sell out the south Habbin) so logic dictates that you’d convert some terraces to seats. I’m a Habbin ultra too and I’ll be gutted when we can’t stand in the Habbin any longer. So I do feel your pain. But logically it is the most sensible thing to do.

Who can find an image of a design - or an existing - state of the art 3000 capacity length-of-pitch stand?
Something to whet the appetite.
I can't think of anything built like that particularly recently.
