Good ticket sales so far, my Blackburn supporting mate says that they are shutting half the stadium down for this one, due to lack of interest from home fans, but was pleasantly surprised by the numbers we are bringing

I am so tempted to make the journey with my son on Saturday. Normally I coach kids football on Saturdays but I’m expecting most roots football to be cancelled this weekend due to the pitches being battered by the weather. No easy route to Blackburn though. After seeing us play yesterday I’m on the fence whether taking my son all the way to Blackburn to watch the team play without a striker could be grounds to get me reported to social services for bad parenting lol Thankfully we didn’t have the conflict of Grassroots this weekend as my son had a free week, so Blackburn it is for us. As a few of our players are CUFC STH’s we’d have been hoping for a deluge and a grassroots postponement in any event, however as some horses escaped on to our pitches and have royally wrecked them we’d have been alright!

There also seems unrest that ST holder seats will not be reserved for this game. Probably the wrong game to pick for this "initiative" & in the past they've done "Kid for a quid" discounts which has boosted the gate. There will always be a few fans that won't buy if online is the only option I think the home crowd, excluding us, will struggle to hit 10K

Enjoy it for what it is - an away day at a larger ground and a realistic chance of progression. Can't be Newcastle very time (and they'd get sick of losing to us).

For anyone needing Parking if you ring Blackburn's ticket office you can pay over the phone and reserve at the stadium. Its £12 which is more than the ticket price though!

Really good service from Rovers, spoke to a super helpful lady on the phone and booking made in seconds.

This maybe completely left field however is their any likelihood, that Kaikai or even Jannah would be called up for the African Cup.of nations ,
