As you mentioned, Andrew, the thing that was really noticeable for me – yesterday and against Charlton actually – was Cousins and Digby providing the cover for the full-backs, rather than that job falling to the winger. Which means the middle of the pitch is a bit more open (which we try to compensate for by the #10 dropping back and wingers tucking in a little, with the other midfielder shifting across) but also that our wingers can stay higher the pitch & allow us to have more men in a counter-attack faster.

One noticeable difference yesterday is when we defend a corner ,not everyone is in our box, kaikai was up near the half way line on at least one occasion

What a tough kepper. What a blind lino. What a match. Our kepper (George Stevens) took a lot of knocks yet made some important claims and saves. MotM for me. It wasn't just me that saw their keeper standing outside the pen box with the ball in his hands was it? Who’s George Stevens? 😉 George Cooper Stevens was an American film director, producer, screenwriter and cinematographer. Yes I meant Jack. I have a mate called Steve George.

I think someone called him a liability as a right back a few weeks ago, and someone else called him rubbish which I don't get, even as he went through a slight dip in form I felt comfortable that he'd be able to play through it. I suspect he could play as a decent winger in fairness but his strengths and tenacity very much suit him playing as an attacking full back or wing back, and as TSFOR says aspects of his game don't suit being a winger at this stage of his career. I think RB is where he'll earn his big move anyway. I felt like I noticed him moving infield a little more often yesterday in certain transitions. Not quite full Trent-Arnold but very much hints of a slight tweak to his role. Andrew Trent Alexander-Arnold? The hypocracy of this reply is illustrated by the one above it.

I can understand the confusion though.
