How long has he signed for? End of season short-term contract.

According to Wikipedia he refuses to “take the knee”. I like him already ! Imagine outing yourself like you and a few others have done. Good grief. Well can you explain the positive impact taking the knee has done... Waste of time IMO, if you want to make a change there are more powerful ways to do that rather than a token gesture. I mean lets face it, players dont really have a choice to do it and those that dont will be called racist. I mean, all the hate against Saka and co after the pen misses on social media, if the FA, EFL etc were that bothered they would boycott social media until those companies did something about it.

It was one of the most talked about subjects for pretty much an entire season. Whether or not the act itself is something people agree with, it certainly did it's job of creating discussion around racism.

10th nationality now in our squad which must be the most ever, which is pretty cool.
Also now have players who have represented national teams from three different continents in one squad, which is possibly also a first.

We had players from 12 different nations play for us in 2014-15 although they weren't all in the squad at the same time. Must be the first time we've had a current international captain playing for us as well

Refused to take the knee, refused to play for Charlton in case of injury before a dream transfer? Sounds like a strong character, I like this, not sure Charlton fans feel the same. Looking forward to the game tomorrow now, more than I was.

Always rated him since that 1-4 against Wimbledon in 2016. He stuck out in a very decent team. Seems like a useful addition. I’m pretty sure people said the same when we signed Ade Azeez who also ‘starred’ in that game.

Four different instagram posts about Lyle Taylor today and Danny Andrew still has a 100% likes record. Fantastic commitment from him.

Welcome to the club, Lyle. Hope he can get off his marx and score quickly enough. I didn't get that first time but got it now...very good!

Watching his interview, it's only really happened in the last day or two. Makes me wonder if we had someone else in mind but dropped back onto him because the other move fell through. Yep, I suppose the unknown is whether we did have someone lined up who subsequently dropped out or if Harris (and obviously Strang) completely tore up previous Bonner-Strang targets and started completely afresh. That might explain how 'rushed' it might seem, although not so rushed that Taylor is already to go for tomorrow.

I would suggest it was more down to Wycombe getting their target in before they let Taylor go.
We enquired about Taylor 10 days ago and Wycombe announced a new striker today.

I love his type to tell me cultural Marxism is, or even Marxism. They haven’t got a clue and just swallow the Daily Heil scaremongering. Bless ‘em
