All these names have been mentioned, which ones would you be OK with?

Rowett and Muff for me.
Ainsworth...fine, if we have to. I really don't like him though.
I quite like the idea of a Woodman type, but Woodman himself doesn't really move me. I quite like the idea of a Mason type too...we looked at Rusk from Brighton for the job not so long ago so it's something we could be into.
Edit - I think it'll be none of the above.

Mason, Duff (Damien) and Robbie Simpson as a bit of a wildcard shout. Goes without saying Rowett, Michael Duff or Ainsworth would be the three I'd be most happy with, but I just can't see them coming so have gone for the next ones I'd be happy with. I still think it's going to be an even more rogue name no-one has mentioned though.

Rowett and Duff (Michael) with Woodman as an outside possibility.

All a bit pointless when most of those aren’t interested in the job or we can’t afford. But fwiw I would go for Woodman as the long term thinking, the big names would just do a Harris on us

I'd love Rimpson but that's one hell of a leap. For comparison, Worthing are just behind Chelmsford in third and their manager has just gone to York, 20th in the Vauxhall conference.

I still think it's going to be an even more rogue name no-one has mentioned though. Ben thinking that too. I suppose it's how we define 'rogue'! Maybe rouge is the wrong word, but I'd say just someone who isn't a 'name' at this level, so possibly a managerial debut either for a recently retired player or someone who's been an assistant for a while, someone who's spent time lower in the leagues but been fairly successful, or someone just quite unexpected be that due to having some time out or having had jobs at a higher level recently. I'd say that of the names already suggested Mason fits the first category, Woodman or Damien Duff the second, and Monk/Grayson the later, just to show the type of appointment that would fit. Therefore meaning I'm not saying I think it would necessarily be a good appointment if it was the case.

I think Derek Adams is the only one on that list that would make no sense. I'm not overly keen on Rowett, merely because he comes across as a bit of a knob in the manner of Harris. The likes of Kennedy and Grayson would be lower down the list but if they come across well to the club then there's a case for them. I didn't think Mark Kennedy would go down the managerial route when he was playing Starsky and Hutch with Phil Babb! Damien Duff was never my favourite player for Ireland, always thought he went down too easy and was a bit overrated, but I've admired his principles at Shams and in stepping down from his role with Ireland. He also gives more interesting interviews! Andy Woodman seems in a similar mould.
The other Duff and Ainsworth seem the two standout options in that list, even if the former seems very unlikely. Ainsworth seems very genuine and I have no problem with going full shithouse. I think it could be fun, provided it brings results!

John Coleman has been sacked from Accrington Stanley , Who , Accrington Stanley are 16 in league two , 8 points adrift of the play offs , He has been over 2 decades at the club . Worth a punt on him .
