Why not Barnsley away, Wigan Home? Simple is always best. Like me! Given this format has presided over a six goal swing in our favour, it deserves a decent run out. And for good order, let’s leave camloyal on the buttons.

I knew a transvestite from Greater Manchester.
He had a Wigan address.

That doesn't deserve a like.
It did make me laugh though.

Puns should be treated with mock rancour. To wound with a pun is to elevate the art.

Looking forward to a home game - seems like its been a while! Hopefully we follow up Barnsley and can get something today. Would like Gassan to start and hopefully Jobe keeps his place. Feeling he may freshen it a little with the likes of Lankester & Kachunga possibly for Kai Kai & Gibbons with Brophy going LWB. Another decent crowd as all sold out bar the South Habbin.

Yeah, looking forward to this as much as I was Monks first game. Feels like he may have turned over a new slate and wiped his leaf clean. Another win today and you'll be able to eat your dinner off it.
Reading and Lincolon will still exist as absolutely awful tactical missteps and appalling performances, but if we get the results we need from the remaining games they won't be the story of our season.
Same team for me I think. Kaikai wasn't great so I might swap him for Jack, but that said he had quite a few chances and that's a handy knack.

He also has pace in a team that chronically lacks it. Lankester has plenty of qualities, but speed isn't one of them. Same reason I wouldn't be minded to bring Kachunga in for him either.

Looking at the league table this could be Wigan's last chance to put in a late play off run, so being a "Big" team they should be looking to beat "Little" Cambridge from the off....So it should be a fairly open game which should suit us, confidence high after the Barnsley win so let's carry on in a pretty packed Abbey this afternoon ! Bring it on !

Hmm, 13 points to overhaul with only 18 available is a heck of an ask.
I'm hoping they're the full copacabana.

69 (heh) points is not getting anyone a play off spot.

Wigan getting in the play offs is as likely as Carlisle staying up. Could well be an open game cos they have nothing to play for. Onus is on us and I’m hopeful the confidence gained from Friday should lead to a good- 90 min home performance and more importantly 3 points.
