You're all Luddites. Buy a cracked fire stick. Every game , film, series anywhere. There's no VPN stuff. It's £80 a year end off. I'm not paying that much for an end off! For that I'd want an end away.

Ask young people and they'll point you in the right direction I suspect.

For £12. The emphasis on domestic streaming rights suggests the VPN + iFollow combination will still be a valid option. Having re-read the full page i'm not sure if it confirms the day passes will work for the streaming matches, we'll have to wait and see. They will work for any match picked for sky though. I wonder if ifollow will get use of the extra cameras and sky commentary on nights sky will be streaming too. Having watched wednesday Vs Norwich on sky red button on Tuesday it is a nasty downgrade on Ifollow. No replays whatsoever! And a work experience solo commentator....

Hopefully they up the presentation for next season but I suspect the commentators will be worse as they'll need even more now.

Think they promised multi cam. I know some clubs do this already, Portsmouth in particular looked very professional but on the whole it'll hopefully be better than the single cam. The commentary downgrade will be annoying though, wonder if Sky will try and poach some BBC ones.

The quality of iFollow has been really poor at times, almost akin to a sixth form media project in terms of camera work and stream quality. I thought for a while it might just have been my TV but as I stream via a fire stick and have Now monthly passes I’m not sure it is anything more than iFollow just not being great. Hopefully this will be better but let’s just wait and see. I’d always rather be at the game, but Tuesday aways are almost impossible logistically (unless they are close), so I do like the idea to get those through a service I already pay for.

I've found the quality of the stream ok. I'm only watching on a small tablet rather than a big TV though so I guess the picture quality might not hold when it's blown up? I can't remember many occasions where it's frozen or I've had trouble getting the stream started so fairly happy with that too.
The camera work has been a bit slow to keep up with play sometimes but that's the worst of it for me. I'll try out the nowt tv pass but I'm happy with iFollow tbh.

Yeah have found the iFollow picture quality fine. Replays can be very hit and miss but that's the main complaint.

The ifollow coverage is nothing like the output from Sky, TNT, BBC etc. I’m hoping Sky’s is an upgrade

I could not work out from the information whether Sky would be streaming all Cambridge games which are not part of sat 3pm black out.
They gave information on overall number of games which is a little irrelevant. I'm only going to be watching Cambridge games.

I'm only going to be watching Cambridge games. efl.com/news/2024/march/05/efl-agrees-innovative-new-international-tv-rights-deals/Streaming to Continue As part of the new agreements, EFL clubs will be able to continue international streaming services direct to fans overseas, where matches are not being broadcast exclusively, enabling those based abroad the chance to watch their team’s matches throughout the whole season. Clubs can still stream non tv picked games for International viewers so VPN airlines still in business
