Assuming the sick boys make a return: Mannion Okedina Rennett Andrew Lennett Cousins Digby Brophy Lank Kach Gas
Bench: GK, DEF, Simp/Hodd/May, Kaikai, Fejiri, Taylor, Bonne Lank Vs Kaikai up for debate but surely the rest picks itself? Lank was rotten when came on last night - sorry.

Who is going to place a 'consolation' bet then? U's 11/1 to go down.

Think I'll take the Cheltenham + Burton double at ~5/1
Seems inevitable that they'll beat Managerless "nothing to play for" Stevenage and already relegated Fleetwood.
And you never know we might pull our fingers out

Let the "real fan" debate commence. They'd have taken 25-1 yesterday

And you never know we might pull our fingers out Fleetwood are actually 14th in the form table over the past 4 games, 19th over the past 6 & 17th over the past 8, & their loss to Peterborough flattered Peterborough quite heavily. For comparison, Burton are 16th/15th/21st in those tables. Fleetwood have played their best football all season under Adam.

And you never know we might pull our fingers out I am hoping that given his CU connections that Alex Revell has the Chav players suitably motivated for this one. The same as when he did when they had nothing to play for against us in the promotion season. Every little helps..

Still debating whether to head to Burslem.
I guess I could always go to The Lamex to cheer on The Nidge instead.

For the first time since the Barnsley game I have a bad feeling about our chances.

I can't make it to Vale due to children commitments around lunchtime. Thought maybe I could sneak to Stevenage by 3pm to watch Cheltenham lose (hopefully) but then realised they're all 12.30 kick offs.
So instead I will be at a child's birthday party. Maybe that will be the better option. I am a nervous wreck and absolutely certain we will need a 48th point to stay up, which I am uncertain we'll get. I felt a lot happier when we were 33/1.
The prospect of going down having never been in the relegation zone all season is galling.

Being 8 years old, 130-odd miles away, and with no family or friends supporting the club, I didn't get to many games when I first started supporting Cambridge. That said, I think it was my 7th or 8th game before I saw us win! :-D And just been reminded by a popular social media site that today is the 42nd anniversary of my first visit to The Abbey!
