Season on paper looked like it would be better than last year it's was by a small fraction in the end but lots of things that did nt help along the way combination of poor recruitment and having 4 different men in charge would never help but positives and couple of decent young players in Liam and Jobe making good strides to becoming good pro's,Crowds getting stronger and many good things off the pitch. Now time to build on the positives

Favourite CUFC player: Spriggs. Dublin. Pitt. Lennett.
Favourite CUFC match: vs Leicester C (H) 1982. Without that...?

All this talk of football is fine, but what about the real issue - what did we learn about match thread titles?!
I got to more games this season than in years (that's what escaping teaching does for your time and energy levels) and having watched the dirge that was the end of Bonner and pretty much the whole of Harris I reach the summer feeling more positive than I did this time last year. Off the pitch we are doing fabulously, on the pitch there is hope and the promise of being entertained. Bring on 2024/25! UIE
