We've decided to create a generic CUSP surveys thread for the whole season, and we'll provide prompts to each individual match survey here. So today's Crawley survey is now live at the following link: www.wearecusp.co.uk/survey/

Will fill out the survey but I've got to say the staff and experience was great yesterday in the NRE. Brewboard beer bus serving quality stuff. Vegetarian options?!!! At a Cambridge ground?!!!Incredible.
All the staff seemed competent and genuinely happy to be there. Real real upgrade well done to all involved.
It's the sort of thing that will get you turning up early to matches and spending some pennies on some pre match chips. Long may it continue

Good to hear. Sadly I had to put in a feedback last week about one of the outlets behind the main stand. Rude, chaotic service with recycling of incorrect orders which led to lukewarm, dry food being presented to customers plus a couple of absolute no no’s when it comes to food provision. It wasn’t even at a busy time.
Very disappointing.

What's the point - complained about the over loud tannoy in NRE and its still the same, so hard to chat with friends there

Would be good if the chap on the tannoy wouldn't talk quite so much as he does. It can be very intrusive and annoying.

To avoid food queues at half time can we have a QR code on each seat so we can order and have the food delivered to us. Works ok in Wetherspoons.

Too much pointless chatter and full volume and then loud music. So fans have to shout at each other to talk. No need at all for it. Fine for team news and safety announcements but the rest can just go very quiet or stop!

Just completed now. Had to complain as the catering today was awful, with a big crowd this won’t have helped for future games as can see it putting a lot of people off. Poorly trained staff serving as well so wasn’t surprised to see huge queues as well.

Poorly trained staff serving as well so wasn’t surprised to see huge queues as well. Sad to read. Had similar complaint earlier in the season. No mention in the CUSP meeting minutes so not sure if it was raised at that time. It’s an area that seems a weak link in the match day experience and the club can’t find the solution. Shame really. Bacon roll anyone?
