Yeah, it's about a reaction.
Not sure what I expect from the game but I know what I bloody well demand.

There's probably more nuance to it than that, but yeah, to an extent.
I don't think we get a result without a solid performance though. We're not competent enough to get away with a poor performance.

Barnsley at home marked the alarmingly downward turning point of the last two seasons.
I expect a third bag o'shite.

I'm optimistic (deluded) and think we can get something from this game. Barnsley will be heavy favourites but I fancy us to put in a battling performance. We may not win but something in my gut makes me feel we've got a chance.
I also had a dream 2 days before the Pish game that we won 2-1 though so maybe I am just plain deluded.

I see Longelo as a winger, if anything. Barnsley like to lose. Let them.

Gibbo out for up to 3 months. Massive blow. Stokes suffered reaction so unfit for Barnsley. Lavery in squad.

I don't know if there is a list of each club's injured players but we must be at the top of it for League One this season, maybe even the whole EFL.
Every week it feels like someone new is out for 4 weeks or more!

I would hope that the powers that be are doing a lot of research into why there are so many injuries.
Training method, style of play or both.? we cannot afford to continue with this rate of injuries

But stuff like Gibbo at the weekend or Thomas doing his ACL is probably something thats much more difficult to avoid when you're playing / training and end up twisting it unnaturally.
