I was offered 2 'hospitality' tickets for tomorrow for free today through a client who knew I supported United. I have politely turned them down as I wont be attending even for nothing!

I can't even bring myself to comment on what team we'll play, much less the hopefully very small number of supporters who will attend. This really is the game to define 'pointless'. As Posh will probably make a loss from having to host it, that is the best result of all!
Whilst there is still no love lost between us and Posh, I'd wager a guess that neither side gives a damn about this game.

Reading calderwoods comments, its being treated as a warm up for sat, no more than that, utterly pointless competition, and a nailed on defeat surely.
Just hope its injury free for us at 90mins.

Never mind the pish fan. Tonight is little more than a friendly match but it would be great if Knibbs and Dallas could grab a goal or two, though I reckon that right now nobody needs a goal more than Richards does. But there's no way Calderwood will risk him in a meaningless game.

Yeah, it's free hit to see if any fringe players and youngsters can make themselves undroppable for the weekend, give some returning injured players some match day, and maybe even experiment with a formation change.
