Hey. I will be travelling to the home game against Derby and away game against Port Vale from Chatham/Gillingham Kent. Can also go from Staplehurst/Tonbridge. Happy to drive anyone in this area up for regular lifts and share driving etc
Thanks

Hiya, I live in Tunbridge Wells in Kent, and travel to see a few away games each season. Unfortunately I am not able to attend again this season but looking forward to next season already:)
There's at least one other Kent based poster on this message board too, I am sure you will get a response when he reads this.
Welcome to the board by the way.
Kentish

I’m also in Tunbridge Wells but family commitments mean a trip to the Abbey is a rarity these days.

I live just outside Maidstone so close to Chatham/Medway. Go to as many games as possible but due to still playing (Vets level!) and other commitments I usually only make midweek games plus a few Saturday games...which is a shame as we've been dogshit in midweek games for the entire season haha.
I'll ket you know if I need a lift and equally if you need one or any other Kent based supporters who can get near to Maidstone and need a lift let me know
Cheers, Dave

Bob Monkhouse was from Kent, and he said people always reminded him of that when he met them in the street.

I feel a Kent Us flag coming on! By all means give me a shout if you need a lift. I think Port Vale might be a bit of a trek

We were certainly given special treatment in those three games in 20-21 when crowds were allowed in. I managed to get in for each game eventually, but my season ticket got flagged each time because of my Kent postal address. (There was a brief time when the “Kent” variant of covid meant we weren’t technically allowed to leave the county). I had to point out that despite my address I live in Greater London.

I'm a Chatham based U. Go to most home games by car and some away games, usually by train. I'm on the 6.30 train out of Chatham tomorrow morning for Vale. Home games stood with the usual crowd in the NRE but tend to meet fellow England supporting U's on away games. Most of them frequent the habbin and I'm not that old yet.....or moany.
