I spoke to GR briefly after the CUFC AGM last year and asked why he had gone to Weymouth rather than save Kings Lynn who were only up the road. He replied that it was the land surrounding the ground he was interested in. Looking at the results they have endured since he has joined its certainly not the team he wanted to help. God help us if he ever came back ... Paul, please don't let George near this club again, it will be the end of us.

Sounds about right, one of our previous chairman detached the land around the ground from the club, WFC still own the ground and the land it sits on.
