Apparently not all cars made before 2011 are compatible with E10 petrol You can check online if your car, van, motorcycle or moped can use E10 petrol @ www.gov.uk/check-vehicle-e10-petrolBut there are other petrol engines to be considered. I have a Honda Lawnmower, and Honda do not recommend using the new E10 In their lawnmowers. Apparently this new E10 petrol has a higher Ethanol content which is not suited to lawnmower engines as it appears to attract moisture which is not suitable for these engines, as with lawnmowers it tends to sit in the tank for longer There are of course other engines that are worth checking , such as in rotorvaters ,outboard motors ? & generators etc
