Shame they tend not to show the shorts and socks at these launches. It seems blacks socks has now become ENTRENTCHED.

They’ve done well to keep it under £50 for the shirt. Seems a lot of money for something that will be out of date next summer but that’s always the case with football shirts.

Like it but can’t justify the money even if I could afford it

Shirt is wonderfully traditional Training zip jacket is superb Warmup t shirt is so bad it’s amazing and I want one! Hoodie reminds of shell suit mania but have a feeling it will look better in real time.
Serious congrats to club on pricing too. Everyone knows you pay over the odds for the official gear but we’ve avoided reaching the ridiculous levels of so many others.
Really hope the range sells well.
Looking forward to seeing the other shirts and praying that warmup T-shirt doubles as the goalie kit too!

I haven’t bought a replica kit since 98/99 but thinking it’s about time to brainwash my daughters into being U’s fans and starting off by getting them a new shirt each with their names on.
Think I prefer crew neck style round the neck instead of a collar but it’s not bad.

I don’t mind it but I feel a bit deflated after they seemed to tease us with the potential of an early-80s remake with the CUFC script.
But the training top is sensational. And probably more acceptable for a 50 year old man anyway…

Tunbridge said they’d taken a safer option for the home kit. I’m slightly worried about the away (and 3rd kit)!

The new shirt is, design-wise, a solid though unspectacular effort. But what's the deal with the badge? Looks cheap and tacky. I do however like the white bits on the collar and the sleeves, and the sponsors logo (with amber rather than white background)looks better than last years.
Re the new, ahem, ''home pre match jersey'' I have a query - do football clubs at our level and below engage the services of fancy designers to come up with this sort of rubbish or is the whole thing gratis on the part of the shirt manufacturers?

3 rd kit is supposedly green with gold trim.

Very Republic of Ireland of us.
Not sure a 3rd kit is necessary myself but if we release a banger or even anything vaguely interesting we should be able to pump the fans for more cash. Excellent.

Always have thought that given our colours, if we need a 3rd kit it's only because we've hamstrung ourselves in the process.
Should be: Home kit > home kit with amber shorts and socks > away kit (4x a season at the maximum). Job jobbed.

I don’t mind it but I feel a bit deflated after they seemed to tease us with the potential of an early-80s remake with the CUFC script. Same here. I guess the diamond shading pattern harks back to mid-80's umbro when they started to introduce that into shirts, but even so I was hoping for something more retro. I like that its a bit more plain and simple than last seasons though.

Good lord. Wow! I’ve got socks with that pattern, never thought I would see it on a covering a shirt. Fantastic! I’m in, and cheaper than the proper shirt.

3 rd kit is supposedly green with gold trim. How dreadfully unstaunch.

Is this a clue to the away strip? Didn't the CEO say it was something no one had ever done before....?
