Tom Elliott has been too lazy to find himself a club too.

Extremely frustrating, it seems that gamble just hasn't paid off

Gutted for Fejiri. I'm not too disappointed we took a punt on him because he's clearly a good player with a history of scoring goals at this level so it was a risk worth taking I feel. Sometimes those gambles make a difference. Sometimes not. Sometimes you're on a clear hiding to nothing, as with Liam. There has been no recurrence of the Achilles tendon injury that kept him out for a year at Donny either so although it feels like hamstring injuries in separate legs are possibly linked, it might not necessarily he the case. I'm not a doctor of legs so wouldn't know. Anyway, gutted for the guy. Andrew With his first hamstring injury, I wondered if maybe because of his Achilles issue, he's adapted his run somehow, and thats putting more strain on other leg muscles? Like you I'm not a leg man, but if they're not linked then that's some dire luck he's having. Clearly different circumstances but I tore the MCL (medial connecting ligament) in my right knee in December 2021. It took a while to sort, and I subliminally overcompensated on to my left leg. Last October I badly sprained the ACL in my left leg. General consensus is that a primary cause was overcompensating. Clearly I am not a super-fit footballer but you get the principle and I am sadly not surprised to hear the news about Fejiri. I just hope he can get fit quickly and be in with a shout of making a contribution this season as I genuinely think he is an exciting player who could do really well for us.

Connor Neil Ralph Wickham is an English professional footballer who plays as forward. He is currently a free agent. Speaking to a FGR supporting friend when we played them, and he said Wickham was one of the biggest disappointments he's seen there. Said he tended to saunter about like he was too good to be there. Can imagine he'd have the same attitude here, with the added CUFC bonus of not being match fit

We need to do something with Joey looking a shadow of his former self..we're down to 2 strikers...time to blood youth strikers on the bench and not be afraid to use them...

Unless they're the next Wayne Rooney I don't think that's a good idea.

Lankester and Tracey can play up front. And someone mentioned on another thread that Worman played as part of a front three in the youth team. If we're going to play 2 up front, that's our cover. I hope we’re not planning any hoof and hope if so - I don’t think I’ve seen Tracey win a ball in the air in nearly two seasons.
