A bit iffy this call off and I'm all for it.

Shouldn't we have waited until about 1pm tomorrow before announcing the postponement? Yes I mean at least we have given over 24 hours notice, with photographic evidence. No doubt a blessing in disguise given injuries, and trying to bring people in. But I would argue 3 of our last 4 games we haven't played badly and whilst they are on a good run, they still aren't that great a team. However I do enjoy an evening game under the lights and I was going to miss tomorrow due to my girl's birthdays so at least I'll get to watch the rearranged game.

Playing them later in the season with new players/players back is better for us in the long run no doubt. It does however ruin your Saturday afternoon when there is no game to go to! It will also mean 3 weeks until we are at the Abbey again.

I agree with anyone who says this is good news as it gives us more time to bring in new players and get returning players from injury!

Shame as I was looking forward to a birthday 3 points.
I still half expect to hear about a key player getting a neck injury whilst craning their neck to get a look at the hole in the roof.

Sauces tell me this is actually why we haven’t signed Morro, he just popped down to finalise the contract and reacquaint himself with the theatre of dreams but tripped on the steps and busted his ankle whilst admiring the damage.

So with the Shrewsbury game on Boxing Day and now tomorrow, we are unbeaten in our last 2 home games. People worrying about relegation can FRO. This is play offs form.

Very disappointed to be banned from the Leper Chapel but the sacrificial ceremony late last night appears to have paid off.

What a stroke of luck, I bet they are doing their nut about this. We’d be going mental if this had happened to us if morecambe were in rubbish form and won our last 3

Karma for us after their last minute postponement. Let’s hope we can follow through when it’s rearranged with a stronger team and stuff em 5-0.

Obviously a P-P is better than a defeat to one of our RIVALS for the drop but it would've been nice if the current bottom 4 sides had tougher games tomorrow. I can see at least 2 of them picking up wins - MKD over Lincoln and Burton over Shrews. Accy's possibly another one as I really don't rate Brovers that much. FGR's game at Exeter looks a tough one on paper but the vegans do have a decent H2H record against Jevani Brown's Exeter.
There's one good thing about this scenario though. If Lincoln and Shrews get beat then they'd be right in the mix so I'm hoping they'll be well up for it tomorrow.

What I love about this is that it's not one of the stands planned for redevelopment.
