You can bet on corporate boxes in the habbin, I remember from the dog n jez era, the interest from local Companies for the planned (failed) redevelopment Inc boxes was v strong. Something similar to the large stand at Wycombe would do the job, not sure what the capacity of that is, but I'd like it to be two tier, above and below the corporate boxes, with standing (or at least 'safe standing' in the lower tier.

I very much doubt there will be any standing, but we're all just guessing atm. Look forward to seeing the plans when released.

I appreciate that, but with so many choosing to stand, especially along the side of the pitch (and I do, whether I could get a seat or not), it would be good to listen to the fans as well as eyeing up the corporate opportunities.

Can 1999 count as recent? I also don't know the exact capacity. However, Gillingham's Medway Stand I said on the other the I'm a fan of due to how steep it is. It would also match the Main Stand's traditional seat colours. I hope all of the Main Stand seats turn amber and black on the fullness of time! Seems impossible to find the capacity of that Medway Stand online. Certainly more than the mooted 3k for the new Habbin I think. 3k along my length of a pitch does not actually need much height (so would be a bit underwhelming I think). This is 4k: The main stand is just under 3 k so I think the same for the Habbin would look ok,maybe with a bit steeper rake?

Another alternative for the Habbin stand. This is probably around 6,000 but could be reduced to suit the space available, maybe 4,000. It would also get over the problem of the site thinning at one end and at least retain some character to the overall stadium instead of square shaped modules.

We have our next meeting with the Club on Thursday evening (7th September), so please feel free to post any questions you'd like us to ask... So, any early feedback?

Don't forget to include the boxes Lobster, word is there is a lot of interest from local businesses in these.

Yep the only thing missing from that stand is a nice run of corporate boxes.
One thing that is definitely holding us back. I mean those poor people at the moment having to eat their prawn sandwiches whilst mixing with the scum of C & D block and no glass seperating them.

I resemble that remark very much. @ St Neots U: If you positioned your sniper's nest right you wouldn't have a post in your way.
