"Elon Musk on Thursday acknowledged turning off internet access from his Starlink satellites during a Ukrainian raid last year on a Russian naval fleet, saying he did so to prevent SpaceX from being “complicit in a major act of war and conflict escalation.”4 hours ago"
Should people therefore boycott Twitter & Tesla ?

He never turned it off, it was never activated in the first place.
Personally I'm quite supportive of his technology not being used for war and killing people. He provided Ukraine Starlink FOC to help them get up and running, not to attack. Not sure what people's problem is with that?

Irrespective of who, how, why, where or when, one rich guy should not be able to impact international relations in this way.

I hear what has been said, but Putin started this war & is responsible for many thousands of lives being lost, not just the Ukraines but Russians as well. Innocent people on both sides dying for nothing.
No one man should have such power. Putin must be stopped
Unfortunately trying to stop him is costing many lives at the moment.
Is there another way ?
