He speaks very well and seems to understand the club and the key is seems to be keeping all the coaching team Bonz had.I am sure that's the difference between him and other candidates but now time to get behind him.

So Neil Harris must be the most successful manager we’ve appointed?

We can move on from trying to uncover STEVE EVANS's Cambridge-supoprting family & instead try to work out who in the stands are Neil Harris's bezzies.

He comes across well in that interview...just one thing...
"I've been to a couple of games recently".
Hmm, ok. We've only had one since Bonner was sacked so...not sure I like that much, but then I guess I kind of like that we didn't just sack Bonner without a plan. The succession has been pretty smooth. 8 days smooth.

Managers will always be touted via agents. That’s just football. Apparently he was at Northampton.

On the other hand, he's friends with a few people at the club & maybe they invited him along knowing he's at a loose end, especially as he lives in the area. Also, if I were him & saw a club in the vicinity on the run we were on, I'd probably think it wouldn't be the worst idea in the world to watch a game or two...
He does lose points for twice referring to himself in the third person mind. El Goodo is not a fan of that.

So Neil Harris must be the most successful manager we’ve appointed? Claude Le Roy won AFCON and managed at a World Cup. But Harris is probably the most successful manager in terms of domestic achievements.

So Neil Harris must be the most successful manager we’ve appointed? Roy McFarland was a more successful player and managed Derby in the prem.

Being a sad loser with too much time on my hands, I noticed on Twitter that someone was frantically requesting a price on Neil Harris as next U’s manager way back in mid-October. Perhaps this has been in the offing for sometime.

Excited for our new era and looking forward to Harris getting the best out of this squad. Should be a great atmosphere in the away end on Saturday.

Close to Graham Daniels apparently, imagine he played under him at City.
No change in structure, job titles or backroom staff feels conservative but I cautiously quite like it ; given promising position we are in as a club on the whole there’s no need to tear things up and start again.
I would like to see youth blooded, more creative recruitment and a team that not only believes in our ability to compete in this division but delivers on that belief.
I don’t see why Harris won’t bring those things.

Good interview to be fair to him. Hope he delivers on his word and turns us into a nasty horrible team the rest of the league dread.

He’s got the pedigree and as others have said we all need to get behind him and give him a chance.
Welcome Neil!
