I didn't know Spartak's nickname was the U's.

It would be good if we could return to U's around the world, outside of England let's say. The silly nonsense about Norfolk and Suffolk seems to have put off any more people around the world coming forward. This was a genuinely serious request to see and hear from U's around the world to bring us all together and maybe help them therefore get together in their countries and help them spread the word about THE GLORIOUS U's. Getting this thread back on track Spud. I've been out in Singapore for 16 years. Plan was for 5 and still no sign of coming back permanently. Absolutely love Ifollow and have it beamed onto a huge wall at 11pm every Saturday. Singaporeans are generally knowledgeable about English football (even below the Prem) and I've had a few surprising random conversations over the years. One time spent over an hour dissecting the 99/00 side with the guy raving about Scott Eustace. Turns out he always played as Cambridge on Champ Man. Also saw some geezer (local) wandering around in the pin stripe top we had a few years back (the season when Berry scored 20+ IIRC). I tried to make my way over the introduce myself but lost him in the crowds.

Long shot - any New York based U’s watching the game tomorrow?

Is that where you live then? I don’t, no. But I’m in New York for the next few days and was hoping a local CUFC fan would point me in the direction of a bar that’s willing to show the game….at 10:00 in the morning, and possibly join me for a pint in the process. In years gone by I’ve watched a couple of random games abroad with some random fellow U’s. Enjoyable.
