The worst referee I have ever seen, may as well toss a coin with the decisions he makes. He has been bad season on season and nothing ever changes and he still gets tough games to officiate.

You'd have to assume, given how many derbies he seems to get, that the powers that be think he's good for keeping games like that in check because he's not card shy.
