...what a waste of money in the day of the worldwide web. Always thought Ryan Giggs was too squeaky clean to be true.

Can role models not be nice people anymore? Seriously, anyone who makes money cheats on their wife, beats someone up or shoots a work experience kid! Still, it's fun to be nosey...

It only applies in the UK so a paper in Ireland has published details and its been on Spanish TV as well. Its all a bit daft to be honest.
Its not having an impact on him as a player though...

Twitter to now face legal action over the revealing of the footballer who took out the super injunction. Ryan Giggs is a prat. He's only making it worse for himself. Does he really think nobody knows.

Does he really think nobody knows. Anyway, legal action against Twitter would have to be taken in California where they are based, and in their law the complainant has to be named which makes the whole thing pointless anyway if this mystery person doesn`t want to be identified.

I have no sympathy for these people and their pathetic attempts to worm their way out of it I find highly amusing. In this day and age everything is scrutinized and if you get caught (which is highly likely!) you should have to face the consequences of your action!
Some lawyer buff said on the news today that there's little chance of a victory against Twitter, I mean its so instant, its impossible to monitor.

Of course, by trying to take action today, Giggs has fanned the flames. More and more people are mentioning him online and on Twitter, they would never be able to take action against all of them. Not long now before the papers feel they can mention him by name. Its inevitable.

Yeah he's made it worse really. I did like Sir Fergie's rant against Twitter the other day suggesting players should go to a library instead!

You've got the wrong Gareth B. This one is English Shows the danger with these super injunctions for the innocent to be wrongly accused. I know who it is because journalist and sometime TV presenter Giles Coren is in trouble for outing him. The action against him has backfired though because it's lead people to go through Coren's archived twitter messages and work out who has the super injunction.

I was told today by somebody who knows somebodys friends brother or something that there is a bit more to this story than meets the eye. Apparently a tv production company has paid for the super injunction and the suing of twitter and they are making a documentary about the unnamed premier league player while it is all going on. The suggestion was that he wanted a way to come out of the story not looking too bad and he will earn a load of cash from it as well. Sadly I cannot guarantee this is FACT but I thought I would share it.
