Walcott admits diving to win Arsenal a penalty

Don't think I've ever heard someone be as open as he was in an interview about diving. I'm not sure what to really make of it, whether it is right or not. Will be interesting to see whether the FA punish him now, as it's exactly the same as what Eduardo did, and many others.

That was a really strange incident - a combination of odd refereeing and terrible commentating meant I wasn't really sure what happened.

I'm not sure that Eduardo was ever banned though, was he? He certainly wasn't by the FA, and I think UEFA overturned their initial ban in any event.

To be fair, arsenal had a clear pen a few seconds before.

edit, just re-read it and I think he means he dived for the first incident. Looked a clear pen to me, I would have said the 2nd was more dubious!
