He's been very clear about where the squad's light indeed (up front and right-back) so I think it'll be hilarious if this player turns out to be competition for Bennett. If Harris reads the mb as much as MB was alleged to, it'll be a centre-back who can play up front. Another keeper haha

Very strange for a club to pay a injured player off that quickly after returning from a loan.

Similar scenario to Gassan? Albeit he should be back to fitness quicker

Interesting profile of player if that's true. Past his best, no doubt about that, but even on the decline he should be an excellent signing for us. Imagine that's a short-term contract until the end of the season then? Or did he sign for the season at Wycombe? Another international for the ranks too.

130 goals from 309 starts over a career which has been up and down. If it is true, it could be a type that get's us 10 goals between now and the end of the season and a striker which is different from the likes of Gassan and Fejiri.

Just says a "short term deal" on the Wycombe website www.wwfc.com/news/2023/november/16/lyle-taylor-is-a-wanderer-/

It really depends if he a 'young' or 'old' 30'something still with the hunger to play. My role model to that equation is Wes: he was late 30's and played with the desire and hunger of a teenager. The guy had scored in a euro champs and still had the desire to turn it on in div 2.

Bit of a character. Interesting. Wycombe fans really weren’t impressed but I think that seems to be part of a bigger malaise. If it’s LT then that’s better pedigree, I was expecting a young loanee type.
