Scum v Wrexham and Scum Sports v Chester both on 31st August could be funny. The absolute carnage in Peterborough town centre could cause thousands of pounds worth of improvements, etc.

Various reports suggesting Ivan Toney may stay at Brentford and leave on a free next summer. I wonder if that lot had budgeted for the enormous sell on they looked nailed on to receive at one point.

Sports game being played at Chester on that date. Presumably switched the fixtures, if that was the original schedule

They won’t get a massive fee for him anyway. MacAnthony has gone on record on Talksport recently to say it’s £3-5M max as Newcastle have a big cut. They’ve had their fire sale over the summer anyway to pay back the £16M odd debt they had. They will be mid table next year

I’d say £3-5m is still pretty massive.

Definitely, I would like to see United negotiate sell ons like that, but we always let our stars go too cheap, say what you like about that lot, they always do well selling players on.

I’d say £3-5m is still pretty massive. I meant it’s not £20 odd million like some have speculated. Hopefully Toney leaves on a free and they get sod all

7-8m I think. Edwards didn't go for the huge fee everyone imagined. I'm sure there's massive sell on fees for both though.

Edwards only went for about 3 million (which is an absolute bargain) so I’d imagine they have a massive sell on clause for him as he’s unfortunately a brilliant player who may even play for England one day. I’d imagine burrows was similar money and mason clark went for a good amount. Hoping that Barnet have sell on clauses for Edwards and mason clark. Don’t think scum will be in the playoffs next season as they’ve lost a few more key players.
