Well the Papa Pizza Wheel Cup has made us £30k so far, which is £25k more than the FA Cup, and it gave us a win over Boro to enjoy too. Our reserves and kids did well tonight.
I despise this competition, but I paid my £10. Every little helps this season, and my donation was rewarded with a decent evening of football.

Do we get the £10,000? I'm not sure as it was officially a draw.
I really hope one of Ironside and Mullin are fit Saturday as we look toothless up top. Dallas had a better game than Knibbs but he just can't finish.
I don't usually bother with these games but the club needs the money and sod all on TV. It was a very entertaining game and despite all the changes we still look solid at the back and good on the ball. Just lacked the cutting edge in the final third. Their keeper despite his mistake made some excellent saves to keep them in the game.
Apparently Hannant and Iredale carrying knocks. Let's hope we can roll the boys out Saturday and then a new week with no midweek game for once.

No matter what u think of this competition, the minutes into the fringe lads, the confidence this brings to the squad and the additional income are all more than welcome. Proud of how far this club has come under the most challenging of circumstances. The fact it was Peterborough and they had quite a few “names” in their team just makes it all the more enjoyable. Honestly can’t listen to radio Cambridgeshire anymore asides from game commentary. It’s beyond biased.

Honestly some of you take the biscuits! Completely denigrate the competition! Do a serious character assignation of certain (out of favour) players! Use some very offence language, regarding their local rivals. Cambridge have been in the shadow of Posh for multiple decades! Think some of you are getting too emotionally involved! (Maybe it’s the lack of live football).

Is the wife beater the new Cambridgeshire version of Trump. Let’s have a re-count. After a re-count Cambridge WIN on penalties. Ho hum.
