As I've said before, the proper English clubs don't need the long lost corporate 'concerns' in the PL. Why don't we break away from them, so whoever wins the 'championship'is the true best football club in England. Let them go to their corporate schemes in Europe or wherever. They have become irrelevant to the ordinary fan it seems really.

So 75% to the Championship clubs worth £10m each whilst League 2 get £350k (and so League 1 approx £500k). Throw in the parachute payments from relegated PL clubs and it will almost become a closed shop at the top.
Maybe a Super league where they all sod off to wouldn't be such a bad idea after all.

I was all in favour of a super league at the time and I’ve seen nothing to change my opinion since. Imagine an English league system without the big six, it would be so much more competitive.

Saudi Arabia could still do the job for us, taking away all the players and eventually the interest from abroad

Al Manchester Riyadh has a certain ring to it. Riyadh Madrid? Yeah that's quite a bit better.

That's an awful piece of propaganda. Will Unwin certainly knows who will butter his bread for him!

Probably maybe add Andrew and McConnell to that.
I'll be glad when May is ready to start games, Cousins too. I'll be interested to see what our midfield looks like when they're all available.

International football has been more devalued than the B team cup.
