I have the same problem as mentioned on some threads of the spectacles misting up when breathing out. i have looked for anti misting spray etc but i do not think they work the best. i am about to try out another remedy: Using micro-pore and taping the mask to the face over the nose.

Smear a small amount of shaving gel on the insides of the specs and rub it in. That should stop misting up. I did this to the inside of my windscreen when the heater packed in and it works.

Try an N95 mask with a valve, makes breathing much easier.

Try an N95 mask with a valve, makes breathing much easier. Try putting the nose ridge of the glasses over the pointy bit of the mask. Works for me.
