I note a contemporary proccupation with the adjective 'pulled' when applied to the incinerated carcass of a beast or fowl. What the feck does it mean? Is it supposed to inspire culinary confidence?

Sounds delicious. Sounds expensive too! Great to see us do something about the 'fan experience'. Hope it works out. Andrew The burger van behind the NRE is ridiculously overpriced and awful. I paid £3.50 for a curry chips against Wycombe as I hadn't had time for tea and got a handful of under-cooked chips in something brown. I think a sausage and chips was £6! I think options like this are badly needed. I have had some wonderful food from various vans and stalls around Cambridge and around £10 for edible duck is better value than the burger van's offering. I still think there should be the option of decent traditional football food at a reasonable price. I can't see why pies, chips and burgers can't be provided that are edible and cheap to go alongside the more interesting and 'gourmet' options.

What this thread desperately needs is a lecture about eating one's meals at a proper time!

Also, mushy peas. Cheap, quick, epic with mint sauce or pie Vegan Actually nutritious and low fat.

What this thread desperately needs is a lecture about eating one's meals at a proper time! Or just bring a banana and a bottle of water. Eat healthy whilst watching the game. Whilst knowing you can visit the golden arches at full- time.

Put salt and ketchup on some clingfilm and you get the same meal for even less.

Both are on paper terrible and nonsensical. However, without either, the world would be a much worse place...
