I wouldn’t be at all surprised if our shirts are over £50 next season.
Premier league are already charging a lot more than that with a lot higher numbers being sold. For example Arsenals are £80 for the replica and £110 for the “authentic” shirt. Not sure what the difference is between them apart from the £30 though.

I see a theme with the scripted CUFC instead of the club badge. I get the feeling that is to wean us off the current badge and maybe have a design with a bit of longevity, that isn't linked to the official club badge, but still distinctive enough to be recognised.

Yeah, I think you're probably right. I still think it looks cack though.

They could be doing a modern version of the late 70s kit.

Not sure they understand what that emoji means, but fair play for the unbridled confidence in how good these kits will be.

That's a very promising snip for those of us that like our collars and stripes

The script is a good way to ease out the clip art footcastle.

New hoodie is great design; shame it's lacking the badge.

If we want to keep growing on and off the pitch then we need the income so replica kits and clothing is going to go up unfortunately. We won't be near the £100 mark like PL clubs but its an income stream at the end of the day. I appreciate that not everyone will be able to afford it but I expect with the growing fanbase, kits will continue to sell. Maybe there could be a cap on kids kits though.

It's a delicate balance between maximising profit and pushing prices too high so that people will find them unaffordable. The prices I have seem mentioned for the hoodie and jacket are bordering on the unaffordable to me, especially if they are a one-season wonder.

I do think the Umbro logo with CUFC below looks a bit cluttered and naff. That said I really like the range BUT £60 for a hoodie and £35 for a tee, no thanks. For me its a £40/£25 price point.

I don't like the Umbro stuff at all, so the price is irrelevant to me other than showing an upward shift in prices across the board. Perhaps a third kit is a middle ground between maximising profits whilst also keeping prices affordable? Like what would the difference in profits be between two kits at £50+, and three kits at £45?
