The prices are insanity but enough people will buy them so you can see why the keep going up. You may find yourself asking if it's exploiting fan loyalty to which I say maaaaybe.
Do I care about that if someone is daft/willing enough to pay it?. Not really if it pays for a stadium rebuild. Empty your wallets gents (and purses ladies).

Big new club shop, loss of rent from Thrifty, probable loss of match day income from away fans, big new redevelopment albeit few years away. Hope the kit sales are the best ever.

I do think the Umbro logo with CUFC below looks a bit cluttered and naff. That said I really like the range BUT £60 for a hoodie and £35 for a tee, no thanks. For me its a £40/£25 price point. £35 for a tee is bollocks. Especially when it doesn't even have the badge on it and its replacement could've been done by any old mug with a programmable sewing machine from the past twenty years. As usual, I'm not the target market so it doesn't much matter what I think. I just hope prices for kits and gifts aren't similarly inflated. Watching football is expensive enough, the fanbase don't need to be nickel and dimed out of the paraphernalia too.

New hoodie is great design; shame it's lacking the badge. The soon to be deceased badge ? Yep, I prefer the current badge and it's represents the club. Doubt other clubs will associate the change of badge with Cambridge anyways.

New Fred Perry tribute strip out now.
Features the clip art foot-castle - for the last time.

A push at £48, but nice enough.

that stripe flirt was cruel.
It'll take a little bit for me to get over it before I can decide if this is a good kit.

It'd be a beauty if it didn't have the diamond pattern all over it. It makes it look cheap. And it isn't cheap. Otherwise it's nice.

It's alright.
There'll be a new one along in 12 months so it's hard to care about it too much.

It’s a yes from me. Quite like it. The worst bit is the hideous Brewboard logo (no offence Brewboard).

The badge looks naff!! Quite like the shirt though. The warm up one is different!

Good lord. Overall I love the new home shirt, but this little monstrosity has the design vibe of a Travel Lodge receptionist from 1992. Yuk. Yuk, yuk and yuk. Were they pissed when they came up with it? I suppose it is better than last season's 'extinguished cigarette' pre-match T, but not by much! Well done to all for a cracking new home shirt though, I think that will look excellent when proudly worn by our various teams and I really like the retro nod.
