A very good afternoon’s entertainment and a very healthy crowd of 649. Great to see so many United fans in attendance, as well as families who don’t normally come to the mens games.

Seems as though Sarah Wiltshire has been a crucial signing. As far as I can tell she has supplied the assist in all 6 of the team's goals across the first 3 matches this season.

Spiffing outcome. The rivalry between men's teams is dead; certainly not the case for the women, though. Correct - there is significant ill feeling between the clubs. Despite that, just a shame that they both have to play on the fringes of the county rather than within the city they represent. |

Ended up 1-1 with QPR edging the 2nd Half !
Both teams fully committed, with the U's Sammy Edgar, Ruth Fox and Sarah Wiltshire all working hard.
Shame no one could hold it in the middle of the park for Utd, but both sides going close at the end.

Reminder that the women’s team play at the Abbey tonight in a derby against Cambridge City. Be good to have as many as possible there to show our support. Season ticket holders go free, you can just show up with your card, no need to get a ticket. U18s also free, tickets can be booked online.
Like the Taylor testimonial, looking forward to enjoying some football under the lights away from the men’s team ongoing league woes!
