Looking through all these threads there are only a couple of sad gimps that reply to every comment, you really must have a sad life, you know who you are , as for watching your country play footie 99 % sing the anthem with passion, well the 1% , I rest my case Can you back that claim up with evidence or are you just making up numbers? Hats off to your 1%.

I wonder if any of the haters on here enjoyed the jubilee bank holiday earlier this year or went to work instead out of principle. I didnât think so. Hypocrites.

So I don't believe in a monarchy per se but that is a political choice. Although, I don't believe in how the Queen became the countries figurehead, I can say that she has all of the capabilities you would have wanted in a leader.
For me, there is a private family tragedy and sadness with the Queen's passing and I hugely respect that and share sympathies.
I'm sure over the next few days we will all reflect in what she has meant to us and her impact on the country. It would be a lie to say I don't find it sad. However, I can't pretend it is a greater feeling of sadness I feel than when someone passes before their time and or in violent circumstances.
I would hope that we are able to enjoy our weekend football and be able to give thanks as a crowd with a tribute at the game.

Few rats on here having a pop at The Queen are the same ones who used to cosy upto and defend the likes of Jez George which tells you everything about them, their priorities and them as humans.

Despite what you've been brainwashed to believe 'leftie' isn't just any opinion you don't like. Why people are so obsessed about bringing up people's political leanings I'll never know. People are entitled to their opinion but both 'sides' if you can call them that have come out this thread looking awful. Nobody should have to care about the Queen & adults should respect that, but being nasty or flippant is hardly the righteous standpoint. Using ableist slurs has no place anywhere. How embarrassing.

Itâs simply a matter of respect for someone who has devoted their entire life to a âcauseâ. To use a football analogy, it could be us having great respect for a fellow football manager even though some may hate the club they manage. Respect and decency are the glue that hold us human beans together. And our club of course, who I am sure Liz followed in secret.
