Few rats on here having a pop at The Queen are the same ones who used to cosy upto and defend the likes of Jez George which tells you everything about them, their priorities and them as humans. We're comparing the queen to... Jez George? How many charity walks did she do?

I think everyone should go to bed I think Admin did hours ago If only my Admin wages were suffice to cover the overtime of monitoring this forum 24 hours a day! Iāll move this to Social when Iām on my laptop tomorrow. I do have some thoughts on this topic and one of them is how odd it is that people should insist on telling others how they should feel about something. The merits of expressing our view one way or the other, and what language we use to that end, brings up another discussion entirely. Itās okay to be sad, itās okay to not be sad, itās okay to be entirely unmoved. Itās less okay to claim to know the very fibre of a personās being based on remarks made on a message board in response to a single matter.

And if anyone close to you passes thousands will be spent on that, while people shill go hungry especially In other countries. Its all relative. Or the millions spent on players wages... or the latest film or concert at the o2. Can't believe there are so many nasty people on here - Out Queen has died and the lack of respect is pretty shocking. If you don't like the royal family then say nothing. I don't bang on about stuff I don't like that doesn't affect me! A friend things the Ipswich game may be postponed... likely? I don't see why that would be the case. None of that other stuff is funded with our taxes. Massive, massive distinction between them. If the PM died we would have the same.

Itās genuinely completely unclear to me, I pointed out that your other examples of things that cost a lot of money donāt come from the public purse and you respond saying it would be the same if it were the PM having died instead, I really canāt see the relevance.

Didnāt expect anything different from this predominantly left wing message board to be honest How odd considering itās for a football team of a predominately left cityā¦ Unfortunately.

Did she manage to keep her "class" depsite paying a nonce's legal fees? I think you have missed the point here Rozza, I was talking about our class as a group of supporters. This post has taken me to a point where I do not feel proud to be a United fan. I was once told "It's better to say nothing and let everyone think you are a sponge than speak and leave them in no doubt." I feel we have demonstrated this today. And once again I don't think anyone can really bring class into it when it involves a person who got her rapist nonce son off charges using tax payers money, who negotiated clauses in the equality and diversity act so she wouldn't have to hire "coloured or foreign" workers in the Palace, and who refused to give back stolen artefacts and goods! Oh and let's not forget to mention she represents a family and an empire who raped and pillaged the world for centuries. Her husband/cousin was a racist, her other cousin was a suspected pedophile, her uncle was a Nazi, and her sons are cheats, adulterers, and raping pedos. So yes maybe for a lot of people around the world, particularly the victims of her and her family, class doesn't come into it here, in fact for many it might even be a reason to celebrate. And maybe all this coverage and patriotism that this death causes is perhaps triggering for many people. If people want to mourn and cry over this woman go ahead, but people are just as entitled and probably even more justified to not give a single damn about her death.

I also think that itās ok to have differing views on this but it would be good if people could respect that others have different views. You donāt have to be bowing or saluting, but just allowing people to have their moment is enough. I wouldnāt count myself as a royalist in particular, Iām rather indifferent to the whole thing, but I recognise to many this is a sad and somber time and it would be nice if that could just be respected.

If you thought Dale Vince couldnāt be any more crass or classless, then you were wrong. Even FGR fans are cringing. I wonāt quote his pathetic, clickbaity drivel here, you can find it yourselves quite easily, but it is breathtakingly disrespectful. Shame on you Vince.

I wonder if any of the haters on here enjoyed the jubilee bank holiday earlier this year or went to work instead out of principle. I didnāt think so. Hypocrites. I would have gone to work but I would not have been able to get in the building. Hardly hypocritical if you are āforcedā to have the day off

I also enjoy Christmas but am an atheist. Come to think of it, I quite enjoy my Easter holidays as well.
