I have a hunch tomorrow's game will be another addition to the revised edition of the 100 (+) years 50 (+) memorable matches book, along with that 3-2 win over Wycombe of course. Failing that it should make the updated edition of the 5000 things I love about the U's - hardback obviously because paperbacks are for mere dilettantes.
IOW I'm going for a 3-1 win (Knibbs, McGrandles and Smith).

Need to start winning games,those 'easier' 'winnable' games often end up v different.

Would like to think that their crowd will be on their backs if it's still 0-0 on 75 minutes..... remember being there in the 80's when we finally won a game away after such a long loosing streak !

I certainly don't feel the hopeless dread that this type of fixture was causing a few weeks ago but a win is surely a tough ask, although my word, we could do with one. If Okenabirhie is fit, even if he's only brought on as a sub, I will feel slightly more confident. Perhaps last week was the start of a Knibbs scoring streak?
Fingers firmly crossed as I take my 2-hour holiday to Estonia. Come on youuuuu Uuuuuuuu's!

Williams in, Brophy not even on the bench. Assume Brophy is injured? We’ve been so unlucky with left sided players this season.
On that note, Haunstrup on the bench which is a good sign.

Yeah, same team as last weekend but with Williams the left wingback, I suspect. Glad to see Jones made it after feeling his groin (heh)

The original came out in 2012 and there have been quite a few worthy additions since then! |

Fairly sure the under 18's would deserve a few mentions...
Chelsea and Wednesday this year, Forest and Leeds last year. The quarter final is going to be memorable whatever happens I suspect.
Anyway, back to today. Bring it. I'm confident, my inner moose is sharpening his antlers.
