They have ruined their ground, from near 30,000 capacity down to around 15 if I’m not mistaken? 9,241 capacity. Wow is it really that low these days?

Nah there were definitely more than 15 people there last time. There wasn't the last time we played there though

I used to go to Orient regularly when I first moved to England. Their fans are horrible, their club is horrible and Barry Hearn is a sponge. Bigger isn't always better. 1-1 in Newmarket and I recognise few.

Billy Beall, Ade Hayes and...Shaun Howes..? None of them achieved anything did they? It was big drama at the time Orient are welcome to them. Andrew I thought they took Kofi Nyamah and Marc Joseph, too. It was rather a long time ago.

Do many other people see Orient as a slightly bigger club than us? If so, why? I've always seen it the other way around - with absolutely no research I've always had the feeling our attendances are slightly higher than theirs when playing at an equivalent level and we take more to them than they bring up here. Honestly think some of it is an inferiority complex, same thing why some people think Walsall are bigger despite having similar attendances, similar trophy cabinets etc. Orient haven't been a second tier club since when 1980/late 70s? We've had 2 spells since then. We've both been non league since then, and despite our spell there being longer they have nothing to show for it. Their average attendance is very similar to ours really, they got 7000 last season during their title winning campaign but it's not really comparable due to our promotion campaign being during COVID. They average 4/5k usually in League 1 and 2 which is the same as us. The actual head to head results between us is pretty heavily in our favour. Last time a similar chat happened on here someone asked who had the bigger potential for growth. I'd argue as a club we have potential? Orient do to but they are also in a very crowded market.

Andrew I worked with a former United youth player who was in the same team as Beale. BB phoned him up at work one day and his mate signalled for me to lift the other phone so I could hear Beale tell him how Taylor had told him to sack off the rest of the season and save himself for his summer move to Orient. It all happened exactly to this plan.

Beale must have heard Taylor tell him to sack off the rest of his career 🤷♂️
