I'll be there, just to find out who our next manager DEFINITELY is.

Think it will need its own thread. Bald, Spanish looking man in block C. Wearing an expensive cardigan? Does Pep want a new challenge?

He's quite a good speaker is Barry. That little twinkle in his eye and reassuring irish accent could never be enough to fully satisfy a Bonner fanboy like me, but I do enjoy listening to him.
Betsy is fine, but his interviews only remind me of how good a listen Bonnito is...was.

These preening, listless, witless dilettantes with their SUVs, washbags & flourescent ballet pumps have cost a noble & great man his living.
We don't want their disingenuous laps of (dis)honour. If any of them are reading this, it's time to look in the mirror, show some fecking iron*, & a measure of commitment to this unique football club & its great supporters.
It's either UIE or they can feck off back to where they came from.
*Not in a cockney rhyming slang sense, of course.

Showing some iron will just annoy me more, probably. "Where was that on Tuesday you bunch of gendered insults" is what I'll think. Bah.
Somebody, (FAB?) needs to do a deep dive on how caretaker managers have done in the game immediately after a sacking...I can remember Shaggy and Preece taking charge of Oldham at the Abbey immediately after Roy which we won 2-0. I think it was Luke Gutt(e)ridges debut. He scored anyway and I remember his little face being overjoyed.

I'm feeling very ambivalent towards this one. I think I'm going for a 0-3 defeat.

Andrew Bonner after Calderwood sacked beat Colchester 2-1 at home Bonner after Dunne sacked lost 1-0 at Tranmere Dunne after Derry was sacked beat Chesterfield 3-2 away Dunne after Money sacked beat Basingstoke 1-0 at home George after Ling sacked lost 2-1 at Rushden Carden after Brabin walked lost 2-0 at home to Barrow (technical as this was during the Ling saga) Power after Newman sacked drew 1-1 at FGR Duncan after Renard sacked drew 1-1 at home to Bury Brooks after Shaggy was sacked lost 3-0 at Torquay That'll do for now...

Eagerly awaiting today's Correspondence from the club. I expect Corr to have all the right things to say. A nod to Bonner with both eyes on the game.
We'll have had a couple of days training sans Bonner so I'm not expecting much to change in shape or style of play...I do expect lung busting performances from all. We may well be garbage again but there's absolutely no excuse for the sort of tame performance we've seen recently.
Excitement building.

Yeah quite intrigued by how we'll line up. Depending on Betsy's level of influence, could actually see us going 3-4-1-2 (or 3-4-3), as that was his preferred line-up at Crawley and I reckon Corr would be on board with 2 up top. Perhaps:
Stevens
Okedina Morrison Andrew
Bennett Cousins Digby Brophy
Lankester
Ahadme Okenabirhie
Or with Kaikai & any of Kachunga, Janneh, McConnell etc in for Okenabirhie and Lankester if we want more of a 3 up top.
EDIT: Perhaps not then, judging by Corr's comments ha.
