Good comments from Lee Johnson there. How we could do with some of that Beck-era winner mentality in the dressing room right now.

Also, interesting to see how many candidates for manager there are in the crowd. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Who would want it, after the way Bonner was sacked?

Who would want it, after the way Bonner was sacked? Who would want a job at a L1 club: - in a nice part of the country - with near-record attendances - currently bobbing about in lower midtable, clear of the relegation zone - that owns its own ground - that has a brand new training ground - that has owners investing millions of pounds in infrastructure - that has shown a commitment to long-term planning and development - that has a January transfer window coming up - with two-thirds of a squad out of contract in the summer ? Yeah, no idea. Seems like a real poisoned chalice. We can disagree with the decision or even the way it happened, but to paint our owners as anything other than patient & supportive is wild. We're lucky to have them & whoever manages us is too. Charlatans and arseholes abound in football club ownership in this country, ours are nowhere near being that – and we are an incredibly attractive prospect as a club.

Lump on a win tomorrow, as all of them lazy fuckers will play out of their skins to impress the new boss or face the sack. 3-0 Cambridge, and a Premier club away in the next round 👍🏻💛🖤💛🖤…… The king is dead, long live the king!

Don't forget we arguably have/had the best youth team in the division

A win an and a plum FA cup tie would certainly be a boost after this week and and possibly make the job even more attractive.

Interesting interview from Barry, that. A bit muted perhaps, a little uncertain of his future too.
I don't feel as inspired and brimming with optimism as I hoped, but he didn't really talk about the game much in fairness. What he says about needing to "be the best version of ourselves" is on the money, though.
I genuinely have no idea what to expect from us tomorrow. Application wise that is.

Andrew I think he is probably still in shock at the events of this week. If we as fan's are, as someone who has worked closed with MB for years even more so.

More likely he knows the part he's played in this, and knows full well there's every chance he'll be out the door.
