I was born at number 120 Ditton Walk, about 300 metres away from the Abbey. If their was a prize I think you’d be the hot favourite!

Mill Road, like most of my generation. Kids born at the Rosie. Out of 5, I was the only one born at home. Would have been slightly nearer had I been born in Mill Road

I was born at The Rosie, which according to google maps is 3.6 miles from The Abbey by road, which is at least a mile further than I would have guessed. Aye, I already fell for that one!

Can you be born in Oxford and still be a Cambridge United supporter?
Asking for a friend...

What's happened to Ugirl who started the thread Where do Us fans come from? I'm sure she'll have another reincarnation soon.

Royston Hospital, three days before our election to the league.
14 miles as the crow flies, slightly further than the distance to Broadhall Way...

Another for the Cambridge United maternity ward of the Mill Road Hospital.
I was on the same day we drew 0-0 at Watford.

Fortunately Stevenage wouldn't be formed for another 6/7 years! I mean, I say fortunately, but someone made a terrible mistake we've had to live with since.

Indeed.
As an added Cambridge United link I believe I was born by (Gus) Cesarean.

Leicester Royal Infirmary, 72 miles. A coin’s throw away from Filbert Street, which is ironic, as plenty of coins were thrown at me when I returned in 1992.
