Think we lose but Cheltenham draw with them lot. We'd stay up but, completely in line with our entire season, only because others were just a bit more rubbish.

I really thought the nonsense of ‘only managed it because four other teams are even worse’ had been dealt with by now. Portsmouth wouldn’t have won the league if twenty three teams weren’t worse than them.

Think we'll get a point & Cheltenham do the same.
Also think we'll finish above Burton & Shrewsbury.

We are probably already safe, but confirming it will take time and a margin would be appreciated.

I hope the EFL are looking closely at this and sending a warning to Posh about the implications of their team selection. That could affect the whole 'fair play' aspect and integrity of the League. Sadly, I don't think a fine would bother them, and points deduction would have no impact either as they are established in the play offs.
Do I expect a warning to be given? Probably not, as already seen in recent days, the EFL are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

The mental gymnastics to say Stevenage won't care but Vale will is a bit farfetched.

Probably not, as already seen in recent days, the EFL are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. I don’t see a problem. They have earned the right to play a weaker team and save players for big games. If we were safe I am sure we would be giving the likes of hoddle and McConnell (if fit) and others more game time and playing a weaker team. That’s our right. What about when Bolton and Wigan the other year played the first part of the swap with kids and got spanked most weeks? Not fair on teams that played them after? What if we had a big cup game against Man U, would we be tempted to play a weaker team before that? Am sure there are games we have played a team who may have had injury or even rested players due to fixture pile up.

I'm all for it, if roles were reversed i'd want us to play the fans against them. A nice bit of spice to the rivalry, if we can't stay up then it's on us and not them
