If I heard it right on the CEO update we plans should be submitted by the end of August. So we should be seeing some news around then. I would love this if you are correct - but to be honest, this has been delayed so many times that I don't get my hopes up now! It will happen when it happens - might be 6ft under, but that is the way it goes i'm afraid. We will be dependent on other organisations that don’t necessarily have people dedicated to the application process - the SC springs to mind straight away - and so may take longer to get their bits done. Hopefully everyone has the capacity to get the initial work done to enable the club to give fans some idea of the plan before the season is too old.

I think he meant the pre-application process will likely start then. I'd be amazed (and disappointed in the advice theyre getting) if they submit the planning app before doing some fan and community liaison where people will get to see some whizzy architects sketches.

Anyway, having been to the open day, I have to say the temporary away seating didn't look anywhere near as tinpot as has been made out from the photos on social media.
Felt sorry for Mick, Martin and Ian slogging out in the sun though digging out the ground yo realign the perimeter hoarding. Think they got more of a workout than the 1st team players!

Yeah you're right, i just rewatched that part and he says "the process to go to planning is going to be between 6 and 8 months" and is hoping to start at the end of August. I guess that process will be local engagement and consultations. So fingers crossed the planning applacation could be in by the end of the season.

Have the Supporters Club pulled their finger out and signed all the relevant documentation yet?

Have the Supporters Club pulled their finger out and signed all the relevant documentation yet? Yes. We also stayed up last season and Mark Bonner is no longer the manager.

I think Lobster's question is about actually completing all the relevant documentation, not just agreeing to - the former requires quite a lot of legal heavy lifting which, to be fair, the SC is less equipped to manage than the club.

Nothing happens until a new s club is built, unless there has been a new plan.

That new building at the front of the old Corona Warehouse site, is that temporary offices or SC?

Without it I would've thought we went down and Lionel Perez was in goal. Now try answering the question, or haven't you got a clue?
