Does it have to be one album per act? I’m going with that, otherwise my five will be all Zeppelin.
1. Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti 2. Iron Maiden - Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son 3. AC/DC - Dirty Deeds 4. Kirsty MacColl - Titanic Days 5. Black Sabbath - Heaven and Hell

I always enjoy reading the music threads and they often trigger great memories. However, it’s noticable that you guys stay true to your musical roots and to be honest, I tend to dig an album out for a nostalgia blast as much as the music itself.
To that end, these aren’t necessarily my favourites but the last four that as far as I can recall, got an airing.
In no particular order:
The Man-Machine - Kraftwerk All The Best - Stiff Little Fingers Some Bizarre Album - Some Bizarre Records Live Under a Blood Red Sky - U2
Definitely find myself moving over to classical music these days which is something I’d never have imagined possible as a young guy. Maybe it’s an age thing. Maybe it’s just a broader appreciation of music in general. Classical comes with no nostalgic haze for me so the appreciation is a stand-alone thing. And lovely it is too.
Anyway, Pachelbel - Canon in D Major is probably the piece of music that is played more in my car, van and house than any other.
Different music for different times, different moods, and of course recognising we all like different things, but if you can find a quiet moment:

So hard to choose! Especially since tastes change as you get older......... FWIW these are 5 I don't think I'll ever fall out of love with even when I'm old(er) and grey(er) -
Mega City Four - Tranzophobia The Lazy Cowgirls - Tapping The Source Everclear - Sparkle And Fade The Cramps - Psychedelic Jungle Social Distortion - White Light White Heat White Trash
Loving these threads since they inspire searches for all the stuff you haven't listened to for years and forgot how much you loved. Good work!

As said above, 5 is really not enough. Would probably opt for
Motorhead - Bastards Jim Steinman - Bad for good Alice Cooper - The Alice Cooper Show Murderdolls - Beyond the valley of the murderdolls Georg Bizet - Carmen
as these would give a few different styles. But if you ask me again in a month that would probably change, especially as there is no Sabbath, Zodiac Midwarp, Zeppelin, Butcher Babies, Maiden, Uncle Acid ect, ect.
