He is the trialist on the bench for the last two friendlies. I was surprised that he wasn't used at all.

Second or third choice?
Still think three keepers is a luxury, particularly when you only have three forwards.

We have 4 forwards. And 2 centre-backs...
Well he certainly thinks he's here to push for the #1 – certainly isn't lacking in confidence, from his interview. Connection with Waddock from Aldershot, which I hadn't realised.

Time will tell if he's an upgrade on Mitov. Welcome to the club!

Time will tell if he's an upgrade on Mitov. Welcome to the club! He's never played league football so I'd guess he's competing with KML rather than Mitov (quite right that he feels he should be fighting for the number 1 spot though, a keeper lacking confidence is guaranteed to fail). Kentish

So behind Mitov, we have two keepers who have never played league football. Welcome to the club!

Any relation to Wilf Mannion, a United player 1956- 1958 ?.

Any relation to Wilf Mannion, a United player 1956- 1958 ?. I did like that "subject to international clearance" was in the first line, it is as it always was.

Good good. Fairly highly regarded as a kid.
It'll be interesting to see what happens with KML now. The intention was always to loan him out but with best laid plans of moose and men it wasn't really possible after Covid DEVASTATED lower league football last year.

Three keepers? Really? Not again. Perhaps they don't rate KML and see Will as a more serious challenger to Mitov. Mitov needs a strong challenge to his No.1 position. We've had a successful Will between the sticks before .. but you can't keep three keepers happy all season long. Hope Mitov's shoulder holds up ..

We had 3 keepers last season but decided to release one. There’s been a change of plan for some reason.

Also the fact that KML will be away on international travel and you need cover for this
