I watched a load of them fighting a Barnsley fan outside meadowhall station. Booting some bloke on the floor, one of them mentioned a knife (whether or not it was all talk or not) Couldn't pick them out in a crowd though, they all look/dress the exact same. Bellends the lot of them Surely the Police have an idea about groups like this, particularly after Boro and other incidents, or are they focussing all of their attention on hurty words on social media again? I’ve been to away games much less frequently than usual this season, partly due to son’s morning football commitments, partly because we are crap at the moment but also because some of what I witnessed last season (and this) is pathetic. We seem to have a group who are off their heads on goodness knows what (powder) and think it is somehow OK to behave like pricks. I was personally struck on the back of the head twice by full bottles at Ipswich away last season (which actually hurt) thrown by our group of yoof dickheads and it seems these issues continue. All well and good to publish codes of conduct and charters, they now need to be enforced.

Scum.
Obviously my reasons for not attending games are fairly well known but stuff like this doesn’t tempt me back.
Sadly some of the modern (often but not always younger) brand of idiot supporters are starting to pop up across non-league too.

Bellends the lot of them I’m not convinced you’re being entire honest here? Camb have at most a couple of dozen idiots at best, and if you go regularly (That you do) then these are pretty distinguishable and I’m suprised you couldn’t pick out one or two based on this. I’m not calling you out per ce, but if I saw a fan kick a man down and I go regulary I’d make proper note of the tw@t for a multitude of reasons. The fact that you say you couldn’t pick them out in a crowd as they all look and dress the same is in my opinion a cop out, and perhaps you do know but don’t want to get involved or come across a grass?

I'd happily grass them up, they're scum. You underestimate how much this lot dress the same and have the same haircuts. The fighting was a good 30 meters+ away so seeing faces in the dark was difficult. If I could identify them by clothing it would make things much easier. But again that isn't possible The fact they dress the same makes it easy to spot them and stear well clear of the entire group

One person wearing goggles looks much like another person wearing goggles to be fair. The club/police could easily identify them if they wanted to, enough crowd pics and CCTV these days.

Anyone wearing goggles to a football match should just be arrested IMO. Not just for the likelihood of causing trouble but for crimes against fashion too.

I've been out the country for a long time - but goggles? Like swimming goggles? Or like old school aviator googles? Christ on a bike.

Notice that some of the younger cambridge aces types are claiming on Twitter that there will be no trouble at Fleetwood & Exeter because the 'part timers' wont go and its more fun with only 200-300 going away.

So...have I got this right? Cambridge Aces are a group of mostly young United fans who raise funds for stuff like flags, sing songs the old folk don't like, vlog from games, and sometimes check their instagram's during a match. They're not the same emotionally stunted freaks causing trouble at games?

There are older fans who are just as bad as the youth as well.

It may be they all just group together because they're young and boisterous. I've spent the last year trying to work out which types would be here long term and which lot are here for the ride
