That reminds me, I thought they were supposed to be in touch about that? I've not had an email yet..?

Radio Cambs show seemed as in the dark as everyone about the U’s match tomorrow and why Haunstrup etc left out. Hopefully an update before St Albans and sone new additions

Is no news necessarily good news? Still no word from the club even ahead of the Spurs game. Or even post Cardiff. We are in the dark on fitness updates, transfer latest, the young pros, loans, training ground, season ticket or shirt sales, general pre-season how's it going chat etc etc. Fans deserve better. Have you considered accessing the free mental health support? Thats wholly insensitive and wrong on so many levels. Theres banter and theres your reply. Conflating mental health with a genuine query about the lack of communication from the club on footballing matters is utterly inappropriate.

Is tomorrows game against a Spurs XI still on? Nothing mentioned by the club since it was first announced

Was it really meant to be taken seriously ?? Oh, so it's amusing to make light of mental health.

Looks like it'll be a stronger Spurs team than originally planned

Was it really meant to be taken seriously ?? Oh, so it's amusing to make light of mental health. As I suspect you probably know deep down, that’s not what I was doing at all. I was making light of your concerns about not being given a ball-by-ball account of pre-season training, while juxtaposing your daft ‘fans deserve better’ comment with the fact the club look after us fans pretty bloody well all things considered - for example, through the free mental health support package available to thousands of us this season. You can get off your high horse now.

As/if this is now a spurs (spit) first team fixture I wonder if they might do a BEAMBACK. They appear to be showing their other friendlies.

Was it really meant to be taken seriously ?? July is disability awareness month. A faded rainbow fair of consideration and appreciation. As someone with a high IQ but mental health issues I know BS when I smell it. Ridicule is never meant to be taken seriously, but is it meant to be taken kindly? I shall take AndyCUFC's explanation in the spirit it was given.

It’s a shame they didn’t make this a first team friendly in time for it to be played at the Abbey which would surely have been sold out ?

It may be that at the moment there is nothing to say. I am as keen for news as you but feel that if content is published for the sake of it then a lot of words will be used without actually saying anything. To be fair, it seems quite quiet across all divisions at present.

I think I like the mystery. The reality is that they've been away, everyone's been working furiously behind the scenes to bring new players in, integrate the players who've already arrived, get plans in place etc. But I like to think that there's something secretive happening that they don't want us to know about until the perfect moment for a huge reveal.

But deep down I suspect that you know that. P.s. I'm 6ft3. My horse IS high.

I’m not sure why you feel you need to quote your height at me - it reads a bit like you’re trying to be intimidating..?
