Think we are very light again upfront that is something that will need addressing

He 100% got a touch. It was a shot. I had an obscured view once it left his feet and wasn’t sure if it came off the defender or (I think) Kachunga, who was also in the mix. It wasn’t really celebrated as a Broph goal by the lads 🤷🏻♀️

The Monk man has said a couple of times that there are GAMES coming up next weekend. I know we play WBA, but is the Colchester match still on? Have I missed something?

I'm sure i saw Colchester announce another of their games was 'behind closed doors' not sure why this would be the case though.

Hmmm...just checking and found this www.cu-fc.com/news/2024/july/24/posh-clash-moved-to-protect-pitch/So the game will definitely be on but I've not heard anything yet about it being moved like this one.

How delightfully tin pot. Do we even need this game? Wouldn’t a full strength team WBA be better? Abd find a non league team for the rest of the squad to play against?

Col U had massive pitch problems last season and had to move their pitch during the season so the highlights looked like one of those 90’s/00’s matches in the USA with football pitch lines with NFL markings on the same field.

I presume this counts as a home fixture now for us rather than for Colchester. Not that it really matters

Can we expect a big crowd if Lyle Taylor is in their squad?!

Always enjoy a surrogate home game at the Neots. It wouldn’t be pre-season without one.
